FYI.....US Bank

Was just informed US Bank is adding extra security and requesting on there Autho Letters the time frame you expect to speak on the file and also your compaines TIN or the last 4 of the social.

Just an update for the SuperStars.

With US Bank - Put Authorization good through 2020 to have a little fun.

I've had both of those on my forms for over two years now, I can't remember which bank it was that required it then but I add everything possible every bank would ever possibly need, just to be on the safe side.

I came across that about a month ago. It's your SS # or a Tax ID #.

They have been doing this for quite a while now and I wish every lender would do it. It's much easier to give my security number than the full address, name, last 4 of the sellers social etc etc. Especially when I'm not in front of my files.
