Freedom Financial Reverse Mortgage

Anyone have experience with a Reverse mtg SS? I'm dealing with Freedom Financial. They take 60-90 days to respond once they have all docs. This is crazy ridiculous. I have a cash buyer paying what they want. Appraisal already completed. Buyer is walking 4/30 if no answer.

 

I'm trying to figure out how to circumvent the process. They won't escalate the file unless there's a sheriff sale date.

 

Anyone?
