  • Hi Sandra, I have done 3 since October of last year.  I've had a HUD-approved housing agency as a guest speaker which gives the seminar the credibility.  I also have an attorney that discusses bankruptcy, predatory lending and why you don't need an attorney to do a loan mod.  Attendance has been an average of 20.  However working on getting more to attend to make it worthwhile.  The homeowners have been very grateful for the information and great way to establish relationships with them.
