First Horizon Home Loan Corp?

Has anyone successfully negotiated a short sale with First Horizon? I have three files pending (all with the same seller) and every time I call I get the same story. The paperwork is in imaging and can't be pulled up in the system to verify package completion. After calling every 2 weeks for 5 months I was told that the short sale request was denied because information was outdated! Although I'm now sending the packages confirmation delivery I want to make sure my efforts aren't in vain. I thought Bank of America was bad but then I didn't know about First Horizon.

    I have yet to have the file assigned a negotiator. Like you, I started this process in March only to be told in September that the information was outdated so the short sale request was denied. I was forced to start all over again!

    I just got an approval on Saturday, after working my file since March. First this is....who is the negotiator? Can you find out?

    Check their website for a consumer advocacy line. If they don't have that keep calling and ask for supervisor. Keep asking
