FHA Short Sale with BOA

I need advice on how to move this short sale along.  I have not been able to get a decision from the assigned negotiator.  It has been in the qualified stage since 2/24/2012.  I have not had contact from the negotiator since same date.  Countless phone calls, escallation notices and emails have resulted in nothing.  As of 5/11, I finally got in touch with the negotiators manager and he agreed that this is taking too long.  He supposedly is helping get the negotiator to her job but there are still no notes in the systems since 2/24.  Any advice?

Have you completed and returned the form HUD 90045 ?  The number to call is 800-669-6607

BOA does not use Equator for FHA loans and calling the 866-880-1232 will get you no where fast.

I did return the form HUD 90045 but have never called the 800-669-6607.  I know that it is not run through equator but never was told that I should have been calling another department.  I will try that tomorrow and see if that get's me anywhere.
