  • This would definitely call for an Escalation Letter faxed in to Customer Service -- you will hear back wtihin 24 hours !!!!

  • Bank of America Twitter help @BofA_Help.  Helped me through similar situations and many others on this site too.  The only really good service I've ever seen from B of A.

    • I second that Jim. Send them a tweet. I did last week and someone tweeted back with in 5 mins. Issue resolved and short sale approval with in 24 hours. Great resource!

  • Your negotiator emails should have their supervisor on the bottom of the emails, try Rich Crabtree, 904-218-0623, Richard.P.Crabtree@bankofamerica.com or Robert Powell at 480.457-3657

Or just call the short sale department and ask the name of the supervisor of your negotiator and ask them for the correct spelling of name and phone number.  I usually have really good luck getting to the supervisors and they negotiator will respond when you copy them on your communications!

I do a lot of FHA BOA short sales and have had some really good negotiators lately...maybe they know by now to give my files to the good negotiators lol....

  • Hi Becky! I have two FHA short sales going with BOA. The main # for cust service is 1-866-880-1232. They can give you direction.

FHA and VA loans can not presently be done on Equator so you have to fax your docs to: 866-808-5050

    Hope this helps! Peter
