EverHome Short Sales

Hey, I have recently listed two homes with mortgage through EverHome Mortgage. I am looking for anyone who has tips or info to share. They use "National Quick Sale" for the short sales. Anyone out there with helpful tips and/or advice? ThankS!

I had a short sale close in September with Ever Home. It took 23 days to close after I had an offer. They were one of the easier companies to work with. I have a few phone numbers for the Home Owners Solutions Group inside this company. There is a website for their forms. I am not familiar with National Quick Sale.

Thank you Carol! 23 days is fantastic! Unfortunately I seem to only be drawing investors making low-ball offers on my two listings so far so I bet 23 days won't happen for me. Thanks for the info!
