Economic Stabilization Project

I recently had a Realtor send me a short sale contract with Economic Stabilization Project as the buyer. I had checked on the company and saw some posts on her from back in 2012. Does anyone have an recent experiences with the company?

I am a little leery about starting the process for the clients because it seems a little too good to be true.

Any information will be appreciated.

Thank you for the information. I am in New Jersey and have never heard of a program like this before. The Realtor has informed me that the Seller's have already give ESP money, but I am not sure the exact amount.
