Credit Union Stonewalling

Anyone has any insight into credit union stance on short sale. I have a short sale in which Agricultural Credit Union is the 2nd lien. They will not accept the offer of the 1st lien,but they will not make a counter offer. They are just not responding to a counter offer. Any help to get them to start moving will be greatly appreciated.

Keji, you will need to find out who the final decision maker is. Expect them to release the lien but not forgive the debt, see if you can do some sort of workout...
