Contacting Freddie Mac

Does anyone have an in roads to Freddie Mac? They are the investor on my short sale and I need to bypass Citi Mortgage and get a hold of them.

You can try e-mailing Borrower Outreach at [email protected] You need to upload an authorization letter from your clients to Freddie Mac. Good luck..I haven't heard back from them since I sent them mine..
