Comments about the Negotiator interview Part 1

I’m writing my comments or questions that I found in the negotiator interview, If you haven’t bought the Negotiator interview yet it should be a good idea that you do it whether you are new or seasoned short sales realtor you can learn more and listen the point of view from the short sales negotiator, We always learn something new, don’t we? I really recommend it!

Please remember that I’m just bringing out the points those are from my interest to share and I will not cover all here because it’s a lot of information.

Besides the BPO factor, does anyone have any knowledge what MI companies or Investors look into the Model they use to take a final decision for the net proceeds they want? What exactly they look in this model? All investors or MI companies use a standard model or everyone uses a different to take a decision?

This was not answered and I’m still wondering what do you think about this, does anyone know about it?
