    Did one in 2009 with these guys...

     

    Not bad... but nothing memorable.  From what I remember... you have to call them non-stop to verify that they have put off a sale if you come to that point.

     

    From what I remember, I called them daily for four days straight until somebody finally said that the sale had been postponed.

     

    In other words... don't take their word for it that a foreclosure sale has been postponed for a later date.

    Of course.. this was back in June of 2009 and I have not seen one since.

    I hope their short sale department is faster than their loan department.
