Can someone explain to me how its not anti-trust that DTS/BOA are only giving these leads to Remax agents? I would love to sign up with DTS but there does not seem to be a place to do it.
I'm working with this program and am very satisfied with the assignments that I have received and the amount of business that I have generated. The Transition Dignified Solutions staff is very professional, friendly and fair.
Desiree, Where is the sign up for this, they say on their site they dont solicit for agents...
How did you get signed up for them and is there a sign up fee..
Please advise.

Robert, They were the ones who contacted me.
Update - I contacted DTS and they sent me an application - anyone can get DTS leads. At the moment I've just been too busy and haven't sent it back. I'd prefer finding my own more motivated short sale sellers.
Ok, so I just got a call today from DTS. He didn't specifically mention it was any way to GET leads, but just a way they process the short sales. I'm still not finding any direct correlation between them and B of A as he seemed to insinuate several times. Is this just a third party negotiating company trying to sound more entrenched into B of A than they really are? Or has anyone determined this is a real deal ? They really do get paid by B of A?
Hey Catherine,
I have recieved over 100 "leads" from DTS. They are a 3rd party working w BoA. I believe they r now doing the processing thing. I have closed a few from leads they gave me. They do have a relationship w BoA. I have not given them any deals I would not have gotten wo them. Some of the processors r great some not so much.
Sorry all, I haven't posted on here in a while so I thought I would give an update on how things are going. Got about 3, about to be 4, listings from these leads. My success ratio has been about 10% with leads to listings. They are by far the smoothest short sales I have done and 2 of them also had 2nd liens.
Although I would like for the incentive to be higher which in my opinion would increase the listing/lead ratio. Also, they are not only giving these leads to RE/MAX agents. I have talked to a few other brokerages who are getting them as well. And we even have to have the homeowner sign a form that says they are aware they can list with any other agent out there. I have unfortunately lost 2 listings because they went with someone else so it is not all roses.
I did about 2 years ago. I signed up and was assigned my first 5 "pre-qualified leads." NOT! There is a ridiculous amount of calling, door-knocking, and minimum number of follow ups. It was a complete waste of time. They had definately NOT been pre-qualified. The Co. also want to know if another agent already has it listed and you have to give them the info..they use you to qualify their leads! Gong!
