CitiMortgage Executive Response Unit?

Help! Anyone have an accurate number for the Executive Response Unit at Citi?? I was supposedly escalated to them last week but when I call to follow up the "direct" number I was given for that unit does not work. Customer service has given me 3 other numbers that don't work either. :( Just more run around... Which is why I was escalated in the first place.
