Hello Stars! We are struggling to get a Citimortgage 2nd lien release. We have been "run around" endlessly for months, including being forced to mail a full package to some clandestine address in O'Fallon, MO back in June.

Does anyone have any input on this idiocy? The lien has been BK'ed but not stripped. We had it approved twice in the past but buyers walked. The seemingly informed players at Citi just give me the thousand yard stare now when I try and check on the status.

Any suggestions/anecdotes of progress or success?
