Does anyone have a contact for the Chase Short Sale division? I have been working on a short sale since May. We were assigned to a processor over a month ago and nothing has been done on the file. HELP!

Chris, Join the Chase short sale group for info on the contact numbers. I have one like this too. Are you calling every week for status updates. Did you call to have the file escalated since there is no news?
Thanks Dana, The realtors have been calling every week with no answer or callback. They are getting frustrated and have now asked me to do what I can. Where do I join the Chase short sale group?
Nevermind Dana, I found the group. thanks for you help!
IT depends on who owns the note - that will determine along with the loan number who the supervisor is on your file.
I have one with them that's doing the same thing, I have had others that just go though ok,but with Chase it's if you get the right person to work with. I have a list of numbers ,and call them all didn't do any good!
I have two old Wamu loans that are now Chase. Does anyone have a VP or AVP contact/email in order to escalate a file. Chase and Wamu used to be pretty easy until they merged. It took me 1 1/2 months just to get a BPO done and uploaded into the system. I have been doing short sales for almost 2 years now.. I know that it depends on who the investor is, but I have found that if you email one, they usually pass it on. I can exchange a Countrywide or Indymac AVP contact
Erik, Did you ever get the contact for Chase VP or AVP? I closed escrow 3 days ago on a short sale. Yesterday, I found that Chase had sent LPS, third party property preservation company, to my property to replace the deadbolt and technically took possession of the property after close of escrow. Has this ever happened to anyone and how did you get this issue resolved? I've been going through so many 1800 Chase numbers and no one can seem to give me a clear cut answer. Please HELP!
