Anyone know anything about this designation. I live under a rock and have never heard of it?

Never heard of it but it sounds like a great catch phrase.  Would this individual help a homeowner keep their home???
Good question.  I learned of this from a member on here.  They said that this company has partnered with Keller Williams Realty.  maybe individual agents but I have never known of any partnership with them and KW and I am very involved with short sales withing the company.

Never heard of this designation or company before either.

Now that you mentioned that you are with KW (great company btw, I used to be with them too) the founder of Short Sale Genius, Trent M Chapman is now with KW and training I believe.

Well, you guys aren't giving me any warm and fuzzies about my realtor's CHRE designation!
No worries, designations mean really nothing, it is the experience of the agent that means more than anything

Jerry Boutcher offers a training course called "The Truth About Short Sales".  If you attend the course you earn a Certified Home Rescue Expert designation.  The also have CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert).  CDPE designation is suppose to help you understand the short sale process.
Christina, who is it that recognizes a CHRE? I know the CDPE but never heard of the CHRE?  How long is the class that is taught?

there is so many designations that companies make up and then sell to agents, it's not even funny.  That's why I pay no attention to all the abbreviations after agent names, heck, if I don't know what 75% of them stand for, how is the general public?

Jeff. I just sent you an email about it..hope it helps..haven't had time today to read it...

i don't pay much mind to designations. I think designating expert to someone is scary, especially when they could be an expert who has never done a short sale,

I think realtor designations are like holidays...Hallmark invents new ones to sell cards (sister's day, sweetest day, doctors' day.)  Schools invent new designations and try to make us covet them so they can sell more classes.
