Does anyone have a better way to reach Central Morgage Company?  I have ph no 800-366-2132 ext 5481 and cannot seem to get anyone.  After a short time on hold, I'm transferred to a general delivery v/m and of course, no one calls me back.  I've tried "pressing" different selections with no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi there, 

    I am listing a short sale, First lien with Central Mortgage this week. Should I just have them fill out my CDPE paperwork until I have an offer or can I get a short sale package to them up front?  The address is 5903 West Carnifex Ferry Drive, Fredericksburg VA 22407.  Thanks for your help!!

    Please help!  I'm working on a Central Mtg SS where the seller had  filed  for bankruptcy.  We  had to re-submit the SS package after Central received permission from the court to proceed with the foreclosure ("order granting motion for relief from stay").  Now, seller has been notified that there will be a hearing  on 8/3, for the court to re-set the sale date.  The seller's attorney has submitted a "Motion to Permit Short SAle Closing to Proceed", and that hearing is scheduled for August 30th.   In the meantime, I would like Central to work on the short sale approval...  How could I get a hold of Melissa, and see if we can get a negotiator assigned?  The buyer is hoping toclose by 8/30!

    Once the neg was assigned, CM was good to work with.  Prompt responses from the neg by email and was given 1 extension on the approval.  Use the #'s I previously provided and good luck.

    we just listed a short sales address is  1513 Cherrywood Lodi, CA 95242

    were told to fax authorization and they do not send out short sales package to realtors only the borrowers.

    I have call 1-800-366-2132 I got thru and they gave me a fax# 510-716-5763  I am hoping to submit the short sales pkg. 

    an hoping to get a response.

    The specialist assigned to my file is Tina Moore and she has been great to work with.  We've had some challenges with the property itself but will finally close on it this week.  Full release from 1st and 2nd lien holders so I have happy sellers.  That's what it's all about!

      Becky,

      I am currently working a shortsale with central mortgage and Tina Moore is also my negotiator.  We are 3000.00 dollars apart in what Central Mortgage wants and what the buyer wants to  pay.  Tina has refused to send the file to the investor for any less than the appraisal value.  Please give me a call at 813-493-1902 as I would like to compare your pleasent experience to my not so pleasent experience.
