Bayview- oh my

Bayview finally had a BPO done weeks ago and now again no response, voice message boxes all full, no answer on other numbers and some numbers do not work. This is my longest Short Sale ever and I can not tell the buyers anything about time frames etc. My sellers are chilling out but if we lose these cash buyers - we probably would need to start all over. I am not sure that even I want to go there.

Anybody lately having success with Bayview?

Try once with Bayview.  There were impossible to deal with.
