<p>Find out who the Investor is on the loan and contact THEM directly (they are the actual decision maker on the loan).</p>

<p>Portfolio Backed - where the Servicer and Investor are the same</p>
<p>Privately Backed - these tend to be trusts or large funds</p>

Obviously, it's too late for this one, but just so you know.....NO lender is going to postpone an auction date, without a strong contract in place, why would they?
