Formally AMS Servicing. This company has to be the worst vendor B of A has ever used. It appears their employees are low wage and very untrained. They do not answer their phones and calls are not returned within 2 days. They give misinformation and do not follow B of A's policies. Even though B of A does allow electronic signatures, Seneca says they do not have to follow that policy and they will not accept e-signed documents. I will be addressing this to Office of the President at B of A. Has anyone else experienced problems with Seneca?
