BANK OF AMERICA HELOC

Does anyone have a good contact for the Bank of America HELOC department?   Can;'t get the file off the ground after full submission of package on April 25.  Nobody returns phone calls, often times they can't find the authorization to speak with us.

Sick and tired of banging my head against the wall.

Any suggestion or direct contact is greatly appreciated.

Have you reached out to OOP? Typically we just reach out to our escalation contact who is assigned to our company and he will make sure everything is being handled properly.
