BOA decline the short sale, I done all (Initiated Short Sales on the Equator Workstation and downloaded all required documents) but I have not received any instructions from them. First time they deleted all information because foreclosure date was assigned. My client stop the foreclosure via court and was given additional 120 days, to finish the short sale, since we had an offer. It took BOA 3 weeks to change this information on their system. Then they deleted from the equator again without any explanation. I called the bank every other day to find out the status, and all the time get same answers that the bank solves the problem to determine the correct workgroup. I wrote letters on the equator, and asked to make the traditional short sale but no one responded on my email furthermore all the correspondence was deleted And today I got a phone call from the short sale department that Bank of America has declined any short sale for my client. She recommended me call customer service for other options. Any help?

If it's FHA, USDA or VA it's not worked through equator. Could this be the issue?
If it's none of the above it will go through equator.
