I get a bad appraisal from Landsafe via Bank of America on a listing. Value too high and I can not provide recent comps have to be old comps prior to the appraisal. I show the bank that the appraiser compared my property with those that had assessments paid in full. I get the file escalated and the manager Leon said well just wait till this one expires and Ill order you a new one making sure the assessment is addressed and looking at the latest closed sales. So yesterday I get back what I believe is a new appraisal only to find out it is the old appraisal re-dated for this month. I am beyond disgusted at Bank of America for allowing this to happen....Any other brokers see something similar or have experience to address this?
