B of A response time on acceptance response on Equator

God Bless all of us trying to make it through this impersonal system...BUT, here is my questions.  B of A has a 2nd, HELOC,  on a home that I have negotiated on for almost 9 months.  All terms have been accepted by the 1st lien holder, buyer, seller.  Now...waiting on the negotiator who would rather tell me about missing lunch and how irritating Realtors are than get her job done.  Does anyone know the NORMAL timelines of Equator once all their terms have been met.  I hate to call everyday as this one person can blow a deal.  I have until the 26th of May...after that the 1st lien holder is taking this property to Auction.

HELP!  You may also call me at (509) 540-9283 or [email protected]

Hi Cheryl - If you mean by "once terms have been met" that a counter offer has been agreed to- it could take two days to three-four weeks. I'd call the customer service line and follow up on the negotiator's task deadlines. If they are behind, an escalation will be sent. It doesn't always work, though.
Cheryl,
I sent you a message via e-mail but I wanted to just comment. If both loans are with Bank of America and we are able to step in we have a bulk short sale liaison to deal with problems exactly like this. She hops into equator when necessary but normally can resolve issues right away. If have had approvals issues in situations like this sometimes as little as 24 hours. It all depends on where you are but if you need some help... Feel free to reach out.

take care and best of luck.
