Jeff--have you gotten a good Litton number? If not I will dig into my files to try to find what we used on the last one. Litton is horribly slow. On my last one, they denied it initially (after three months or so) with no explanation. I called, pitched a fit, and resubmitted the complete package again with the same contract and got it approved in under 60 days with a different negotiator. It's all the luck of the draw there.

I'd like to know of any numbers you had sucess getting them answer I'm on 5 or 6 and nothing One Neg. e-mail I got and now he's no longer with them I'm sure gald I only have one with them ,so far HAAHh

I am getting ready to close one this Friday with Litton Loans. I got an approval in 33 days with the first contract. The buyer backed out. On the contract I'm getting ready top close, I got the approval in 13 days. The number John listed is the same number I used too.

Jeff... I find it best to contact Litton via e-mail. I have closed a couple with them. Here are a couple that have been very helpful for me. [email protected] and [email protected]

Sorry I don't have the number handy - I am at home and it's at the office. But, I did want to say that I had a great experience with them. They approved 6% commission and gave me a final figure.....told me to go work it out, instead of cutting my HUD all to smithereens. Their figure was very fair, and their approval was transferable. Good luck!

I have a file with Litton currently and have come across some issues with them recently. So I did some research online about the many complaints they have had from their customers and other parties. There have been an extreme amount of lawsuits filed against them as well. I ended up coming across the President's contact information. His name is Larry Litton. I have already called his direct office number and have spoken to his secretary. Some of the employees there do not do business in good faith. I have fulfilled their requests for documentation and they are still giving me a hard time. It's not very fair how they treat agents and the homeowners.
