Our Assigned negotiator finally provided what she says is an approval, she swears it is actually, but we are not able to close on it as it appears to be an application. No required Net for recon or specific good thru date, nothing. (I wont complain about it not having buyer's name...lol)  I think Im dealing with someone who doesnt care or is just plain stupid.  Anyone know who I can cc on an email explaining we are not able to close or obtain title insurance with what has been provided?  Appreciate your feed back, thanks!!!
