AHMSI / Power Short

Hi, guys - I've been working a short sale with AHMSI and was just notified that they're using a company called Power Short to process their file and they're getting part of the commission.  I'm trying to pull up info about this company but I can't find anything online; does anyone have experience with them?

Never heard of them. When get info come back and share it with us. Even better, start a group for them so we have the info when we need it. Or you can email to me at [email protected]

Haven't heard of that company, but did have to deal with another one on my last short.  They did NOT speed up the process as they said they would.  Just felt like another finger in the pie to me..

Hi Alex - I got that too. Power Short aka Power REO is to paid on the HUD 0.5%.

Not sure if you were aware but AHMSI is now known as Homeward Residential who now utilizes the Equator system. I just uploaded an offer on July 23rd.

I've been trying to escalate my file so whenever I call certain extensions #'s for - surprisingly some of the extensions indicate that they are "Power REO" even though I'm calling an AHMSI/Homeward Residential #.I believe they are a division of Homeward Residential who "negotiates" the file. Call me if you ever get your file noticed or worked on. I need help as to getting someone to atleast get a BPO done. [email protected] 909-730-7723 and so far I haven't had any luck :(
