2nd Position on a Short Sale - Better Offer - Will The Mortgage Bank See It - Anything I can Do

Greetings:

Looking for some advice on if there's anything I can do to help my offer get submitted to the short sale mortgage bank.

Facts:  1st position short sale offer accepted by seller on 1/27/15

My 2nd position offer accepted by seller on 4/7/15.

My offer is reportedly better by seller's agent than 1st position.

Home has been on the market since November, 2014.

Asking price is $360,000 and seller is upside down $60K

Seller's negotiator "law firm" won't return phone calls to my real estate agent to answer the question on if they intend to submit the second offer to mortgage bank.  We hear through attorney's staff that only one offer will be handled a time.

I am wondering is there anything we can do to help get the mortgage bank to realize I exist.   T

Should we work through real estate agents to communicate to the seller how this is beneficial to seller to sell for more and minimize the gap on what is owed.  And hopefully prompt seller to prompt attorney?

Should I submit another offer for more money to get them to move?

Should I just sit and be patient and see how karma plays out?

Thanks,

Mark
