1st & 2nd TD with Wells via Equator

Now that Wells Fargo is using Equator, if I am doing a SS with both a 1st & 2nd at Wells, do I need to initiate SS in equator on 2nd TD too?

Chad. I would call them and ask. It could be they will work the 2 loans together and you only have to submit one package.

I am doing several with Wells Fargo and you do have to work them separately. I did 1 time have them work them together, that was over a year ago and since I haven't seen them do this again...

But you can't do Wells 2nd through Equator that I know of... if you try to initiate it the account number will be too long. You will have to call them separately. Sorry for the bad news.

Only the 1st are worked through Equator. The 2nds are worked separately. Call Wells Fargo's loss mitigation dept to find out what department works your 2nd. There are 2.
