Citibank is servicing. Negotiator told us she was pretty sure she could get $3K in incentive. About to issue approval without the relo incentive becuase the borrower/seller has rented an apartment closer to her new job. She is maintaining both residences and desperately needs the relo to move. Anyone have suggestions, success??

We're still unable to get an approval letter, much less a response from our negotiator. Despite repeated calls and emails, we're still at a stand-still. Neither the negotiator or his supervisor, who recently put on a great webinar about FHA short sale, seem to be accountable for getting the file going again.

The seller is now going to receive a reduced incentive due to the delays and may have to pay the 2nd lien holder (who issued approval months ago the difference. Besides filing a complaint with HUD's national servicing center are there any other suggestions?

I've already contacted the Short Sale line and they don't have any remedy beyond voice mail to the supervisor. Does FHA know this is the reason the average to process a pre-foreclosure sale is 306 days?

Why offer a program and then do the bait and switch with the seller at the end?

Seller was told absolutely you qualify and this is the amount that you will receive. Now they are trying to tell seller sorry but Freddie Mac does not participate.

Freddie Mac did not send the letter and have all the meetings at the board regarding this Florida Incentive program - Bank of America did and it came on their letterhead.

Does anyone have any contacts so that I can get this deal closed with my seller getting what they were promised? This is holding up the deal from moving to closing.
Chase + HAFA incentive = $33,000 for my seller! They will issue the approval only if they can get the incentive money ($30,000.00) they will not allow it to be given to the seller. They also offered a second solution. Have Chase remove the $30,000.00 off the table completely .

This transaction is in Calif and by law the seller can not contribute any funds.

The seller was relieved of this debt via a BK and the second has allowed $6,000.00 to RTR which is the maximum allowed.

Angeline with Real Time Resolutions states that they have never allowed the Chase incentive to be paid to a seller. I can't believe her.

Can anybody offer my some ammo to get back to Angeline at RTR with.

How can they afford to settle for ZERO if this short sale fails. $6,000.00 is almost 10% of the amount owed to them.

How about it,any ideas? Does this make any sence to you?
